We don鈥檛 have a huge budget, so for about $50-$70 this person would be responsible for arranging transportation, making reservations at the restaurants and maybe scheduling a beautician appointment. Get one for zones 1-5. Bye food off the street and for a good guide book use Rick Steve's Guide to Paris 2007. And as for a spa, your hotel should have one.
