How can i search all airports in a state for a trip planner?

I am trying to plan out the cheapest flight to another state, and its getting quite tedious searching one airport to one airport at a time. is there any search site online i can use to search every airport in each state all at once, and sort the list by price for me that way?|||http://www.skyscanner.net and http://www.kayak.com will allow you to enter in regions and/or multiple airports.
