I want to put points of interest on my trip planner site. The location is Europe. How can I post on my map?

I am building my trip planner page. I want to "flag" points of interest on our recent trip to Europe. Yahoo! allows use of a map. Surely, there must be a way to post "flags" on my map. HELP!!!|||You can make a map on Google Earth with points of interest flagged: http://earth.google.com/
