Alska trip planner need suggestions?

Hi - We are arriving in alaska on 5/22 (night) and leaving on 5/26 (morning)





I am thinking of doing anchorage - Seward - Kenai roundtrip on 5/23.


Then I want to do 5/24 to 5/26 to Denali:





I have 2 options: Take the train from ANC to Denali to Fairbanks from 8/24 overnight in denali on 5/24, leave afternoon to Fairbanks on 5/25


and from fairbanks to home on 5/26?





Option 2: Rent a car and drive from Anchorage to Denali on 5/24, spend 2 nights in denali and then drive back to Anchorage on 5/26 and then take return.





Does option 1 give me sufficient time in Denali?





Or is thre any other thing you will like to suggest?|||How did this end up in Boston? We're at the opposite end of the continent!|||I would take option 2 only because you have such an insanely short time to cover a huge amount of space:

I would focus on finding what you want to do in the park, maximize your visit. And be aware of the distances your covering so you don't underestimate what your travel will be.

But seriously in my opinion, your visit is way way to short to be able to get out and see much, so don;t try to travel far, enjoy where you can get to.
